Covenant Enforcement & Schedule of Fines

Pursuant to the recently enacted Amendment to The Code of Laws of South Carolina, Title 27 that adds Chapter 30 – “Homeowners Associations”, the Harbison Community Association has recorded and/or re-recorded the Covenant Enforcement & Schedule of Fines in Richland County Deed Book 2641 at Page 3233 on July 12, 2021, and in Lexington County Deed Book 20952 at Page 3417 on July 12, 2021.
