Pursuant to the recently enacted Amendment to The Code of Laws of South Carolina, Title 27 that adds Chapter 30 – “Homeowners Associations”, the Harbison Community Association has recorded and/or re-recorded the Harbison Bylaws in Richland County Deed Book 2362 at Page 3586 on January 4, 2019, and in Lexington County Deed Book 20509 at Page 187 on January 3, 2019.
