Welcome to the Harbison Community Association website and congratulations on your listing in our community! Communicating with members of the realtor community is of utmost importance to the Harbison Community Association. We have a mutual goal: to see the homes and business of our community filled with residents excited to be here.
One of the best ways we can aid you is to provide you with as much information as we can about our community for you to relay to potential buyers. Below is some basic information about our community.
Harbison Community Association is the primary HOA for all residential and commercial properties located in Harbison. Each property is assessed with a mandatory annual assessment for based on the taxable value of the property. We retrieve these values through the County Assessor Offices in Richland and Lexington Counties. Assessments are applied per year and our fiscal year runs concurrent with the calendar year. These assessments provide the resident with some tremendous amenities: a clubhouse, common area maintenance, green areas, playground, pool, security, sidewalk maintenance, and tennis courts. You may want to update your listing to include all of these great community features! Our Community Center houses an indoor heated Jr. Olympic swimming pool, whirlpool, cardio room, strength training room, gymnasium, and meeting/reception rooms.
The Association office is also located in Harbison Community Center at 106 Hillpine Road. We would love the opportunity to show you (and any potential buyers) the facility/amenities offered by the Harbison Community Association. Please feel free to come by for a tour.
