Finance Office Hours
The Finance Office is open Monday-Friday, from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Members having questions about assessments, balances or other financial matters may contact the Finance Office at 803-781-2281 or finance@harbisoncommunity.com.
Assessment Collection Techniques

Budgets and Audits
Each year, the Association submits a budget to the Association Board for approval. In addition, because Harbison Association is a non-profit organization, we’re federally obligated to have an audit every year.

Transparency in Coverage Rule
This is the public link to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and include negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and health card providers. These machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
