Good news! We are delighted to inform you that transaction fees will no longer be charged to owners when online payments are submitted on the TOPS ONE Owner Access portal via the Zego PayLease website. The Association will cover the cost of ACH, credit card, and debit card transactions on the Zego Paylease site. However, owners will still be responsible for any NSF (insufficient fund) fees charged by Zego Paylease.
Since this contract amendment has just gone into effect, owners will need to cancel any automatic payments that were set up in Zego PayLease prior to this change. Cancel the autopay and then re-enter it to have your payments submitted without transaction fees.
We hope that this change will allow more owners to take advantage of the convenience of making online one-time payments and automatic recurring payments.
