Section 11.05, Placement of Signs on Property. No sign or other advertising device of any nature shall be placed upon any Lot except as provided herein. The DDRC may adopt and promulgate rules and regulations relating to signs which may be used within the Property. If approved by the DDRC as to color, location, nature, size, and other characteristics of such signs or devices, signs and other advertising devices may be erected and maintained upon any portion of the Property intended for industrial or commercial uses.
The above recorded Covenant having no specific reference to Residential Properties, the DDRC has promulgated the following clarification to Section 11.05, Placement of Signs on Property:
• No sign(s) may be placed upon any residential property other than:
a) one (1) Real Estate sign of the generally accepted standard design and size is allowed but will require approval if not of standard design and/or size.
b) Yard/Garage Sale signs are allowed but only one (1) at the event’s property and one (1) at the nearest cross-street. Yard/Garage Sale signs may only be put up one (1) day before the date of the event and MUST be removed by the end of
the day of the event.
