Practice Days / Times Fees
Tuesday: 6:15-7:15 pm $20 Registration Fee (One-time fee) In order to join the team, participants
Wednesday: 7:15-8:15 pm $50 Monthly Practice Fee must be able to swim 50m unassisted.
Friday: 6:15-7:15 pm
Saturday: 9:00-10:00 am Participants must be between 6 and 18 years of age to register*
*In some circumstances, exceptions to this age guideline can be made. Please email the Aquatics Manager with any questions.
Practice Attendance – Participants may attend any or all practice days. There will be no refund or proration for practices missed.
Family Discount – When registering participants from the same immediate family for the same month, a $5.00 discount will be applied towards each additional participant’s monthly fee. The family discount does NOT apply towards a participant’s one-time registration fee.
Refunds – Registration and monthly refunds may be available 7 or more days prior to the first day of the month or in the case of a medical emergency. Refunds will be issued only at the discretion of the Aquatics Manager.
Group Lane Transfers – The Coaching Staff reserve the right to transfer any participant to a different group lane due to that participant’s inability to meet the physical prerequisites or requirements of a certain group.
Inclement Weather – Practices may be postponed and/or cancelled due to thunder or lightning. Parents are encouraged to call ahead to confirm practice status if weather appears overcast or stormy. Harbison Front Desk: (803)781-2281 or (803)781-2214
Makeups – There will be no makeup practices scheduled due to pool closure, inclement weather, holiday interference or a participant’s inability to attend practice.

Harbison Community Center offers 3 different levels of Water Exercise for the residents, members and the general public. The classes are taught according to guidelines set by national organizations such as Aquatic Exercise Association and The Arthritis Foundation. Join us for one class at a time on occasion, or come every day!
These are for individuals with current certifications to re-certify or extend certifications. Participants must be able to demonstrate CPR/AED for the Professional, First Aid and Lifeguard skills and pass the written test with an 80% or higher.
This is for individuals who have had no prior training, or those who want to take the full course over. These classes are held on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and the following Saturday (unless otherwise noted). The entire course is approximately 30 hours in length.
