Budgets and Audits

Each year, the Association submits a budget to the Association Board for approval. In addition, because Harbison Association is a non-profit organization, we’re federally obligated to have an audit every year.

Finance Office Hours

We’re now open Monday-Friday, from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.  Members having questions about assessments, balances or other financial matters may contact the Finance Office at 803-781-2281

Assessment Collection Techniques

Questions are received occasionally regarding procedures applied to assessment accounts – specifically how delinquent accounts are addressed.  You can read the basic steps here.
