Board of Directors Seats
The nominating committee of the Harbison Community Association (HCA) Board of Directors is currently taking requests from those interested in running for a seat on the HCA Board. At the April 24, 2018 Annual HCA meeting, 5 of the 9 seats on the HCA Board of Directors will be filled. All requests to run for a seat must be received no later than 10:00 A.M. February 20, 2018.
Note: HCA Board Members do not receive any compensation. Members voluntarily contribute their time.
The Board of Directors is comprised of Harbison Residents, Business Representatives, and Tenants. They are elected at the annual meeting of Members each year. For more information on this process, please click the link below for Section 3.04 of the Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions, Easements, Charges, and Liens.
The will be posted to the site each month after the board approves the previous meeting’s minutes. Annual Meeting Minutes will date back for 10 years and Monthly Meeting Minutes will date back 2 years. If you’d like to see the minutes from older meetings, please contact the the center.
Listed here is the schedule of meeting dates for the Harbison Community Association (HCA) Board of Directors. In addition to their regular meetings the Board will hold four meetings specifically called to hear from HCA members. The Board has pledged that at least three (3) board members will attend each of these meetings. In addition, during the regular meetings the Board will continue to reserve a time for “Member Input”.
