This class is fun and energizing for beginners. Move to music through exercises that will increase muscular strength, range of movement, and flexibility as well as improve balance. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, a small ball for resistance and a chair for seated and/or standing support is used.
Cost: residents – Free; Non-residents – $4.00 per class or 20 class punch pass for $40.00
